How often should I use ÉCLAT oils?
 2–3 times per week is ideal for scalp treatments. Finishing oils can be used daily on mid-lengths and ends.

When will I see results?
 Most customers notice visible improvements in shine and smoothness within 1–2 weeks. For growth-focused treatments, results typically show after consistent use for 8–12 weeks.

Are ÉCLAT products suitable for men and women?
 Yes — our formulations are designed for all hair and skin types, regardless of gender.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
 All products are dermatologically reviewed under CPSR certification. However, we recommend a patch test before first use.

Do ÉCLAT products contain silicones, parabens, or sulfates?
 No. Our elixirs are free from silicones, parabens, sulfates, and harsh fillers.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
 We currently ship across the UK. EU and international shipping will be added soon.

How long will delivery take?
 Standard orders arrive in 2–4 working days via tracked courier.

Do you offer luxury packaging?
 Yes. High-value orders and influencer packages are shipped in rigid luxury ÉCLAT boxes. Standard orders are sent in eco-friendly padded mailers with tissue wrap and branded seals.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
 We accept returns within 14 days on unopened products in their original packaging.
